IRIDIUM and RHODIUM are direct laser engraver systems designed for printers in the label, security printing, bio sensors, and electronic printing markets. Both systems can be easily integrated into existing workflows, engraving images onto RotaMesh® and RotaPlate® screen materials in a single-step, dry, fully digital process. They offer quick setup times, perfect reproducibility, and cost-effective screen making without issues related to film or washout. RHODIUM is specifically tailored for security printing applications, featuring a customized SecuScreen® and SecuPlate® mounting system.
The system employs a unique single-step dry process to eliminate non-printing areas by simply burning away the polymer. There is no need to handle or store chemicals. After engraving, the customer doesn’t need to further process the print form or take any additional steps.
